Please note

A full days boarding is charged for days of drop off and collection.

There is a minimum stay/charge of 3 days

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking to secure your suite (minimum £25.00)

We require full payment of the balance at the start of boarding.

Payments can be made to us by cash or bank transfer (preferred) or by debit card/credit card 

Please make sure that you bring the cats up to date vaccine record when checking them in.

Guests are fed their usual diets at the same frequency as they would be at home. 

*Please note we stock most major brands of food, however are unable to stock;

Veterinary diets, specific breed foods and some premium brands (please check with us)
